Services offered by Coastal Care Homes

Coastal care homes provide quality care in a homelike/family atmosphere offering a 5:1 resident to caregiver ratio. Our homes have been modified/built to meet structural and safety requirements, such as ADA showers/bathrooms, wheelchair ramps to enter/exit the home. Some of the services we provide are nutritional meals/snacks and help/full assistance with eating, dressing, bathing, personal hygiene, bladder and bowel care, mobility assistance, medication management, pet therapy. We provide care ranging from just needing some assistance with activities of daily living to heavy care/level III care. We believe in motivating independence and dignity and treating our residents with the upmost respect.

Coastal Care Homes is staffed around the clock every day of the year. Our staff are always available to help our residents in the event of an emergency and also provide our residents with the daily assistance they need.

Homes are investigated by the Oregon Department of Human Services or the local Area Agency on Aging on an annual basis or as needed if a complaint or concern is filed.
